Progress has continued on the Silver Bayonet front with a couple of easy wins getting more of the monsters of this gothic horror game on the table.  I have the scarecrow models from North Star but for the first of several werewolves that I need I have turned to my extensive backlog and pulled from Anno Domini 1666! Dracula’s America: New Pics, Old Minis

You’ll have seen these minis before if you’re a dedicated reader, but while I was taking photos of some other minis, I decided to take pics of these too since they share the same storage box. I wouldn’t have made a new blog post either, but I needed a new place to host the photos since my links on the Lead Adventure Forum broke. My friends and I are gearing up for a Dracula’s America campaign this summer once everyone has received the coronavirus vaccine, so the timing for new pics is topical as well. Under the Brush: Cleavedhead Barrows pt. 6 – Penalty Flag on the Final Drive!

So despite how it seems I actually did ‘finish’ this project the month after my last update. ‘Finishing’ this project actually started the beginning of a very productive time that saw me shy away from posting in favor of feverishly working on hobby projects like a mad scientist.  That lasted until the world ended in 2020 and now I’m a year behind schedule on getting updates published.  Anyhow, enough of my rambling and on to the near end of this never ending project!

Under the Brush: The Cleavedhead Barrows Pt. 3

Believe it or not this project yet lives!  Ironic that a project involving the undead refuses to die.  Despite the inconvenience of having to put my life on hold for a year, I’m now back home and still trying to get this team finished.  It’s been a bit of a rough start as I was more than certainly a bit rusty with the old paint brush.  Still, despite a bit of squeaky joints I made some noticeable progress.
