Well, even though I based up these three minis this weekend with time to spare for the Tale of Painters’ Tale of Tuesdays challenge, I forgot to take a nice photo of my minis. So here’s this one I shared with my buddies over the weekend from my work table. One catcher and two linemen. The lineman on the right got a slight conversion, an arm swap with a wardancer, just to give a little more variety to the pose.
The day after I wrote my unboxing for the new Games Workshop Atherlorn Avengers kit, I started painting some minis for the Blood Bowl painting challenge put on by Tale of Painters. I think you see where I’m coming from.
So…with those leanings I am trying to make an effort to not just stick to Oldhammer minis, but to find, and support, companies that are currently producing content for the game, _but_ with that style that excites my nostalgic and creative juices.
